Robert Bentley is a University of Alabama grad, but he's officially the president of the board of trustees at every state university.

Thus the Alabama fan found himself on the Auburn University at Montgomery Friday, greeting the trustees with a "War Eagle."

Bentley said he "wouldn't forget higher education" in the state budget, but he didn't comment on the possibility of proration.
